The goal of these two workshops will focus on the dogs learning deceleration exercises. Collection (or deceleration) is incredibly important in a variety of dog sports, especially for dogs that have immense speed and drive. In the first workshop we will introduce the basics to build upon for a variety of exercises that will improve your dog's ability to collect and decelerate. Core strength is incredibly important for a dog's ability to collect themselves under high speed, so we will cover a wide variety of core strengthening exercises as well as body awareness and overall body strength. In the second workshop we will take what we have learned at start to incorporate drive and excitement to make the challenge greater, while attempting to simulate a similar mindset of the dog when competing. The cost for the two workshops is $160 ($80/workshop). Due to COVID we are limiting these workshops to 4 dogs. To register please message us or email us.
