Our parish and school are ONE OLG community, and as we discern how to Advance Our Mission of MAKING JESUS CHRIST KNOWN AND LOVED for the next 75 years, we would like your feedback. OLG is a stronger parish with our school, and our school is stronger with the support and engagement of the parish. As school families, we have a responsibility to engage and participate in our broader parish activities.  Please take 10 minutes to complete this survey.  Thank You!

Skip The Carpool Line Winners!
Congratulations to Kiki and Scott Erickson as the winners of this year's Gala auction item for preferred carpool parking! The Erickson family will be allowed to pull into the first handicapped parking spot upon entering the upper parking lot, so please keep this spot open. We ask all carpool drivers to be aware of this arrival/departure scenario as we look to make sure this is executed safely for everyone.
Carpool Pick Up Reminders
For the safety of students and families as well as efficient procedures, please remember the following when picking up after school:
1) All carpool pick up must occur through the carpool line. Students cannot be picked up at the church doors. Parents may park and meet their students at the school reception desk as an alternative to the carpool line.
2) Once you have picked up your child(ren), please exit via the Eden Avenue exit. Do not exit through the parking lot to the frontage road. This a huge safety concern with busing occurring at that time.
Young Rembrandts - Cartoons!
Does your child have a great sense of humor to complement his or her artistic skills? If so, your child will LOVE a Young Rembrandts Cartoon class. Our students will learn how to personify inanimate objects, as they breathe life into the sun and moon, transforming them into funny cartoon characters. A humorous bird feeding sequence will teach your child visual and sequential story telling. We'll also create drawings that feature colorful and expressive forest animals. Give your child the gift of learning and artistry. Register HERE

OLG Prayer Fair
March 2nd & 3rd After All Masses
Do you have a relationship with Jesus? Do you pray daily?  Are you teaching your kids how to pray? On the weekend of March 2nd and 3rd we will be hosting our 5th annual Prayer Fair, offering 20-minutes workshops after every mass.  This is an opportunity for YOU to attend a workshop or two and hear from ordinary parishioners like yourself, who will share about their own faith lives.  At each workshop you will gain insights into what others have found helpful in growing in their own holiness, hopefully giving you encouragement to say: I too can pray. I too can take time to be with Jesus and know his love!  We have another great line-up of workshop leaders - something for everyone.  In addition, St. George's Traveling bookstore and the Sisters of Mary Morning Star will be offering items for sale to kick off your Lenten journey. This is a such a great gift - a time for all of us to grow in our faith, to grow in magnanimity as a community - to learn how to respond with a heart filled with gratitude for all God has given us!  Make plans now to join us!
Prayer Fair Hospitality Helpers Needed!
Do you have an hour to help make our Prayer Fair a great success?  Hospitality helpers are needed for set-up, clean-up and serving throughout the weekend.  See all opportunities and sign-up here!  Earn all your service hours in one weekend!  Thank you in advance for your help!
Thank You For Your Gala Support!
The 2019 OLG Men's Club Gala was a huge success thanks to your support and generosity.  The $75,000 Fund the Need goal was exceeded by $15,000 and an additional $110,000 was raised from the community-wide Silent Auction. These funds will allow the Men's Club to move forward in partnership with the School and Parish on an upgrade of the OLG network infrastructure and to provide new Smart Boards for middle school classrooms and Parish ministry/Faith Formation rooms. If you missed the chance to donate, there is still time. Checks can be made out to OLG Gala and sent to the OLG Men's Club, 5071 Eden Ave, Edina MN 55436. Thank you again for your support and we look forward to welcoming you to next year's 20th anniversary Gala!
