Community Meeting: Ensuring a Safe O’Dowd

This week and last, President J.D. Childs and Interim Principal Dr. Lisa Lomba presented to students and families on how to report sexual misconduct and how disciplinary action works. Click here to watch the presentation. We hope this will help facilitate family conversations and empower all students with the tools they need to express any harms they have experienced. We are reviewing all community comments and will continue to provide resources and support to students and families. Dates for our upcoming Consent Assemblies are coming soon.

O’Dowd Student-Family Handbook includes specific language about the potential consequences for various forms of sexual misconduct and bullying in Sections 3.11-3.14, 3.20-3.24 and 6.4
