Stewardship Giving Steps in CCB
We have encountered a few questions with 2019 online giving and wanted to include some instructions below on how to go about setting up a repeating gift:
1: After you have filled out your pledge card online please go to the give button in CCB:
2: If you are wanting to set up a repeating gift for 2019 please make sure you have A: Make sure there is an end date on your 2018 repeating gift if you are changing the amount or it will continue and at some point, they will both come out. If you are not changing the amount, you have not put in an end date then your gift will continue on into 2019 etc. B: Once you have made sure your 2018 gift is stopped(If needed) then choose the repeating gift category under giving, type in the yearly amount and then choose if you want the system to calculate monthly, weekly etc. This will determine the number of payments that will come out of your yearly total.           Before you hit continue:
After you hit continue you get to the bank routing screen which will allow you to choose how you want your payment to be deducted. You can access this at anytime  by going to the financial tab under your profile and looking at what you have set up already and for the future.
 Click Continue..... you are done.
