Planning Commission Meeting
Trammell Crow Redwood Tech@101 Project
On May 25, 2021, the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to review the Trammell Crow ‘Redwood Tech@101’ project. The review includes the Design Review and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map application for an approximately 501,314 square feet flexible industrial/commercial space spread across five separate buildings (ranging from 73,668 square feet to 138,698 square feet). This project is situated on four separate lots in the southern-most 29-acres bordered by Half Road and DePaul Drive.
The Light Industrial (IL) zoning district’s permitted uses include light manufacturing, research and development, warehousing, supporting office, and similar industrial and commercial uses (see allowed uses here). Standalone or single-use distribution centers of any kind are prohibited uses in the City of Morgan Hill.
An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is not required for the Redwood Tech@101 project because the proposed project is consistent with the City's General Plan and Zoning Code. The Planning Commission's decision may be appealed to the City Council.
Information regarding the Redwood Tech@101 project, along with project plans, is available on the City's website.
The Planning Commission meetings are live-streamed on Channel 17 and the City’s website.
Public comment for Planning Commission meetings is accepted via email to [email protected]. Members of the public participating in the virtual meeting wishing to speak may do so during public comment.
