Youth Action Council (YAC) Presents: Hygiene Products Donation Drive
Now through May 20

The City of Morgan Hill's YAC requests donations be delivered Mondays through Fridays to the Centennial Recreation Center, 171 Edmundson Ave. All donations go to Cecelia's Closet, part of the Edward Boss Prado Foundation. YAC requests: shampoo, toothpaste and brushes, body wash, and deodorant.

Morgan Hill's Office of Emergency Services
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Basic Training Course Series: May 17 - June 11

The CERT training is a 20-hour, all hazard training program offered by Morgan Hill's Office of Emergency Services. Classes are a combination of online training and a one-day, hands-on skills training sessions.

Registration is required by the first class session and you will receive an email confirmation to attend. This class is open to anyone over the age of 18. Community service hours are available to students who attend with a parent/guardian. Contact Emergency Services Coordinator Jennifer Ponce for questions.

National Wildfire Awareness

A wildfire can occur at any time and could be devastating emotionally, physically, and financially. Be ready! Gather important documents including your homeowners or renters’ insurance, birth certificates, identification forms, family pictures, and make digital and paper copies.

Listen for instructions from authorities and evacuate when asked to do so, grab your emergency Go Bag that is your emergency supply kit for when you are asked to evacuate, take your pets with you, and stay on the designated evacuation routes.
