He is board certified with the Alliance for Physician Certification & Advancement (APCA) in diagnostic ultrasound and certified in wound care by the American Board of Wound Care Specialists. Dr. Tassone is a fellow and serves on the Board of Directors of the American College of Podiatric Medicine and is a fellow of the Royal Academy of Surgeons In Glasgow. He is editor of an international selling textbook on Ultrasound of the Foot and Ankle, has contributed chapters to several textbooks, and is a national speaker.
