FELLOW SPOTLIGHT Kamran Farahani, DPM, MPH, FACPM Dr. Farahani has experience with a wide range of patients, including those with physical disabilities. His special interests are in diabetic limb salvage surgery, wound care, diabetic foot ulcers. His interest in geriatrics stems from his sense of fulfillment in caring for the older adult population along with the desire to further understand how the aging process leads to chronic disease and frailty.  Given his background in public health, he hopes to further research and impact how health outcomes and health care delivery can be improved for our elderly population.
