PLANTING SEASON HAS BEGUN! HAPPY PLANTING FOLKS!
A lot of action has been occurring the last few days with ground being worked, fertilizer going down, and even some planters rolling on some lighter ground for both corn and soybeans. Soil moisture greatly varies by area, with some areas fit, while some fields are still a few days away. The forecast looks promising for much of our Lambton county planting to get completed over the next few weeks.
Fertilizer has been moving out like crazy, and we are starting to see some burndowns happening. We have lots of spreaders and are happy to serve you! From a custom application perspective, our airflows have been working hard to get through and broadcast on all of our planned acres. Our sprayers have been occupied with wheat, but are expected to switch over to burndowns by the end of the week. Call ahead to inquire about and be added to the list for custom application on your field!
Seed and chemical orders have been coming in and out of our warehouses in extremely quick fashion! Please give us a call to arrange seed (bagged and bulk), and chemical/fertilizer pickups/deliveries.
Please feel free to reach out to either of our branches or to your agronomist if you have any questions, or if there is anything we can do for you!
