OUR SAVIOUR'S LUTHERAN CHURCH - 50th ANNIVERSARY
1965 - 2015
50th Anniversary
Do You Know?

This is the 39th and last item for our 50th Anniversary series of OSLC tidbits from our history called "Do You Know?"

In closing our 50th anniversary year, we will end with Pastor Steinhoff's last words spoken to the congregation on October 8, 1969, at the 10:30 a.m. service:  "When a speaker is applauded before he speaks-that's hope. When it happens in the middle of a talk, that's faith. But when you applaud at the end, that's charity---thank you for your charity."

Pastor Steinhoff was OSLC's first pastor.

As we turn from the past to the future, we quote Pastor Randal J. Pabst, OSLC's fourth pastor, who recently wrote, in part, "blessings and hope for the next 50 years to all."
