Next Steps in Supporting Immigrants

Dear friends,

Saint James' hosted coffee and conversation for 38 people from the Dexter/Chelsea community who were interested in what is happening in the lives of immigrants and their families and how we can support them. There was a lot of great conversation.

The Diocese is also having that conversation. If interested, click the link below to see the EDOMI slides from their presentation on Next Steps at convention. This doesn't have to be a "church" thing, but with 38 interested people, maybe we too, can have next steps that count.

Church School

Church School meets the first three Sundays of each month.

The 4th and any 5th Sunday the children will be in worship with all of us.

Wanted:

The church school kids like to do jigsaw puzzles when other activities have been completed.

We are looking for gently used puzzles (60-100 pieces) and small building sets (Legos, wooden blocks or other small constructive toys). If your children have outgrown these items, please think of us first!
