Did you catch this?  The last time St Luke's folks took a turn at FMSC, they packed 63 boxes, which equals 13,308 meals and feeds 37 children for a full year! Awesome!

Now another food packing event at the Chanhassen location on Saturday, May 14th at 9:00 am. Can this team pack more than 63 boxes?

Yard Care Group

The group will start meeting again next Monday, May 16th and Wednesday, May 18th from 9:00 until 12:00. These are the hours I will try to keep. Come earlier or later, whatever works best for you. An hour put in by you is an hour less for someone else. There are no rules. You can work on anything that fits your talents. Besides trimming, weeding and mulching, there are other opportunities to see what we can do to improve the garden areas on the southside of the building along the Great Room, Nursery, Office and Fireside Room windows.

We will be pre-digging the hole for the “Promise Tree” that is to be planted on Sunday, May 22nd. The cedar fence that surrounds the storage area on the northeast corner of the Fellowship Hall could use a power wash/sanding and a coat (or 2) of stain as well. A real smorgasbord, something for everyone! Please bring your own tools. If you have room at home for yard waste, please bring your own containers, if not, we can just pile it on the ground by the storage area and I will haul it away. Thank you! - Property Committee
