During the month of February, 2021, the average number of people on the By-Name List was 123. According to the By-Name List data and client-shared information, we can share the data for living situation and household type. The numbers reflected in the graphs are based on the average number of 123 individuals experiencing homelessness. 
 
The Continuum of Care has submitted their Summary Report for FY 2020. Measurements reported include: Length of Time Persons Remain Homeless, The Extent to which Persons who Exit Homelessness to Permanent Housing Destinations Return to Homelessness, Number of Homeless Persons, Employment and Income Growth for Homeless Persons in CoC Program-funded Projects, Number of persons who become homeless for the 1st time.

What is the GrAAM system?
  • GrAAM stands for Grant Application and Administration Management system. It is the new online tool DCA will be using for all grant and loan applications.
