Our goal is to support each other through partnerships. This month we are combining two opportunities into one - we will hold our monthly housing navigation meeting along with a landlord engagement session.
In order to continue to assist and strengthen our efforts, we would like our case managers to participate in a survey. This five question survey should not take more than a couple of minutes to complete but will make a great impact in guiding the efforts of the Continuum of Care. Thank you for participating!
