Methodist Men Gathering

Tuesday, December 5th

The Cunningham Men look forward to seeing you Tuesday, December 15 at 6:30 pm in the Gathering Place. Richard Pleasant will provide dinner at 6:30pm, follow by a devotional, election of the 2024 officers, and planning for the upcoming year. Singles Christmas Gathering

Friday, December 15th

The Cunningham Singles next meeting will be held on December 15 at 1:30 in the Gathering Place. This will be our Christmas celebration and everyone is encouraged to bring snacks to share and a wrapped gift costing $8 or less. Christmas attire is encouraged. Contact Betty Meyer if you have questions.

Carols, Cookies, & Cocoa

December 16th

Mark your calendar for some good Christmas fun! We'll sing carols, enjoy cookies and cocoa, and make merry! December 16 from 2-4pm in the Gathering Place. Invite a friend or two! Participants are encouraged to bring homemade or store bought cookies to share. There will be a prize for the best Christmas attire, and everyone is encourage to participate. The cocoa and live music will be provided.

Interested in Learning to Knit

Interested in learning to knit? Already know how to knit, but would like to be part of a crafting group? We’ll craft together in the relaxed atmosphere of the Cunningham Creek Winery on Sunday, December 17th, 2 - 4 p.m. We’ll provide the yarn and needles to get you started if you are learning. Please RSVP by contacting Carla Lee, so we can reserve a table as appropriate.

MEALS ON WHEELS GIFT BAGS

We would like to send each of our clients a gift bag for Christmas again this year. We received so much gratitude from the clients last year and wanted to make this Christmas just a special.

Here is a list of the items we are needing: Kitchen towels, small packages of Q-tips, full size boxes of tissues, toothbrushes and tooth paste, and small unused travel size items.

Items can be dropped at The Meals on Wheels Office (105 Crofton Place, Suite 8) by Dec 16, Monday - Friday, 9am-12pm.
