July is already almost over already! Sales have slowed a bit which is very normal for July and a little of August. Here are a few updates. Please distribute as needed to your staff.
Online Motorcycle Ordering:
To help capture more sales, we are setting up a system where customers can order a new Beta online. This would be the same as the current BYOB program however they would pay for the bike in full including sales tax (in your county) set up fee of $250.00, shipping, and a $60.00 documentation fee. The only thing that would be left for the customer to pay your dealership would be the license. The money for the bike will be applied to your account, if you have a motorcycle in stock, you can sell the customer that one or place an order for a new one.
The motorcycle is still delivered to your dealership as always.
The three positives about this program are, like our online parts sales, your dealership does very little work and little time investment. The second positive is that we feel it will boost sales as many riders love to buy products online if it is convenient. The last great thing about the program is there is no haggling over price as the price will be at the full retail.
We would like to get this program in place over the next couple weeks so please give us your feedback. This program will be directly tied with the online parts program, Beta Parts Direct. You will see sales from people that you have never spoken with!

2027 Model Orders:
There are a few models where the first production run has been sold out. We will be updating the delivery dates the first of the month for these models. Your orders have been strong! The first productions are arriving the first week in August, then many more containers throughout the month.
Importance of Warranty Registering Your Sold Units!
We recently sent out a bulletin for an issue on the new Sincro models, we found that a few dealers did not warranty register some that were sold which really made it difficult to locate the owners to explain the issue. PLEASE warranty register all of your sold units as it can be a liability issue if we do not have the owners email. Also, please do not leave this field blank OR put your dealerships email in the field as this does no one any good.
I ask that all of you take 15 minutes and look at your warranty portal and get any sold units registered.
ACH Payment Deadline:
We will no longer accept paper checks after August 31st. If you have not already, please get payments set up using our ACH payment portal straight from your BDS website. If you have any questions, please refer to the instructional video on the BDS website under the Education tab, then video libraries.
