Losing a job can feel like more than losing income. It can shake our sense of security, purpose, and identity. When the future feels uncertain, it's natural to worry about what comes next. But even when circumstances change beyond our control, we can hold onto the truth that our worth isn't determined by what we do or what we have.

God's love remains steady, even when life doesn't.

This Sunday, we'll come together at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM and explore what it means to live faithfully and adapt to life's unfortunate events.

Weekly Announcements:

New members welcome and baptisms will be held on October 18th. If interested, please attend new member classes October 4th and October 11th at 10:00AM.
If you missed your chance to get a photo for the member directory last Sunday, we will be taking more photos on October 11th.

On Sunday September 27th, the pumpkins arrive for unloading after the 11:00 AM service. Lunch (pizza) will be provided for all who are unloading the pumpkins on Sunday Sept 27th. We invite all ages from children through active seniors to unload the 53ft trailer of pumpkins.
We also need volunteers to keep our pumpkin patch staffed 8 hours a day through October 31st! This church-wide fundraiser will support a Rise Against Hunger meal packaging event and our youth summer mission trip. Youth may volunteer, but each shift must include someone 18 or older. Sunny Side-Up Sundays: Start your week sunny side-up with faith, food and fellowship! Starting September 27th and following on the 4th Sunday of every month, we are serving up Breakfast Church! Come as you are to our worship service and hear the Good Samaritan story. Bring your friends and family for a hot, fresh breakfast served by our men. To take part, join us in the Gymnasium in place of our regular 9:00AM service.

Save the date – October 19th, at 7:00PM, Bon Air will hold their annual Cluster Charge Conference. This year we will be here at Bon Air with several other United Methodist Churches. Please make plans to attend!
