I'm a day late, and guess what? I STILL haven't finished 1984. It's (spoiler alert!) really dark.

Lots going on this week, including the Hoffner Honk n Wave happening essentially NOW (Sorry Al, I didn't get the flyer out sooner).

Last week is kind of a blur. We did some meetups, including a productive book club where we talked about knitting and authoritarian takeover and ate too much cheese.

We were on the bridges as well! I have just a few photos from Deerfield

Lockland

And Tesla! Notice a theme running?

Want to join us? You should! We're making up new flyers to try and draw in some new faces that I hope to debut next week. Here's what's going on starting with Tuesday.

TUESDAY FEBRUARY 24

Braver Angels is having a Coffee & Conversation meetup at 10am at the Winton Panera (8420 Winton Rd). Topic? THE ECONOMY.

I also understand there's a Whistlemania Tuesday afternoon, but I don't know how public it is so shoot me an email if you want the deets.

Red Wine and Blue is hosting a zoom on the Realities of Black Maternal Mortality at 7:30pm.

And if you're looking for something to do to takeaway ratings from Mango Mussolini's SOTU, we've got TWO options for you.

First there's an Indivisible Ohio Alliance Call at 7:30pm.

Then Meidas Touch and MoveOn are hosting a virtual People's State of the Union at 8pm.

WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 25

The Harrison Bridgeadiers have reset their demo, which was called for possible tornadoes/lightning last week. They'll be out Weds at 4:30.

Then at 6:30pm the Immigrant Dignity Coalition is having their monthly meeting at Mt Auburn Presbyterian.

Then at 7pm, there's another of those fabulous virtual trainings hosted by States at the Core!

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 26

Weekly bridge events on Thursday Friday and Saturday start now! First there's 10am on Montgomery.

And Karen is working up super awesome graphics for the bridges, here's a taste of what she's cooked up for the Thursday Monmouth bridge event:

Rank the Vote Cincy is having their local Chapter Meeting Thursday at 4pm at the St Bernard Branch Library (20 McClelland Ave).

And Red Wine and Blue branch is hosting a School Vouchers zoom.

FRIDAY FEBRUARY 27

We'll of course greet the day on the bridges!

Clermont Co Brewing Change Coffee Klatch will be as it always is, Friday at 4pm.

And then wrap up the month with a cold one and the full gang for our February Shindig at MadTree Oakley! We'll meet you there at 6pm.

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 28

TESLA TAKEDOWN is back at their regularly scheduled 11am timeslot. The Queen City Bridgeadiers will be joining, as per usual.

11am - 1pm

There is also a Black History luncheon in Middletown Saturday starting at 10:30am at Miami University Middletown.
