April 17th - Wednesday Evening Eucharist at 6:00 pm.
April 18th
- Maundy Thursday Holy Eucharist Rite II at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Stripping of the Altar.
April 19th - Good Friday Services at noon and 6:00 pm.
April 21st - Easter Services at 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. following the 10:00 service an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids.

Adult Sunday School Series
|

Father Dave will conclude a six-week Adult Sunday School series on the
"The First Prayer Book: The Book of Psalms" will be held April 14th we will discuss Psalms for the Journey. Please join us in the front of the Parish Hall beginning at 11:15 a.m.

Eggs and Candy needed.
Please bring prefilled plastic eggs (no chocolate, or nut products please) to the church office between now and Wednesday, April 17th. Our annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 11:15 Easter Morning! Many thanks in advance for your generosity!

New way to Donate to Christ Church

Donations to Christ Church can now be made via giving through PayPal or Credit Card.
We now have three ways to give.
1)
Give by check. Checks can still be dropped in the offering plate, or mailed to the church office.
2)
Give by online Bill Pay. This process is done through your banking account.
3)
Give through PayPal or Credit Card. There is a new donate button at the bottom of this email message, and there is also a new Donate tab on the Christ Church website.

Sundays when VSU is in session

Noon Sunday Service - geared toward college students that the interns will help lead. These services will be an informal Rite II Eucharist with the same sermon as the 8:00 and 10:00 services and will run on the weekends when VSU is in session, the remaining Sundays this semester:

| List of Auction Items Is Now Online |
Sunday, April 28 is the last day to purchase tickets at $25 each for the catered dinner at the Dominican Night Dinner and Auction at the Cotton Corner, 101 N. Ashley Street, Valdosta, Friday, May 3 at 6 p.m. The list of live and silent auction items with minimum bids is online. The list will be updated if additional items come in. Anyone who cannot attend the event may send an opening bid on any item to Julius.
The proceeds from this event fund scholarships for children enrolled in the Dominican Episcopal K-8 school in the village of El Pedregal, our mission field since 2001. For more information on our Dominican Republic mission work, click here.
