Mark your calendars for March 10-11, 2017 there will be a Women's Retreat Weekend held at Christ Church. Friday, March 10 from 6-9 p.m., Snacks and Fun. Saturday, March 11 beginning at 9 a.m. with a light breakfast and coffee. We will have lunch and conclude with a Eucharist at 2:00 p.m. All women are invited to attend.

EYC -
We are planning on doing a day canoe trip on the Suwanee river on March 11th, more details will be coming out soon. We have launched our new youth Facebook group and Instagram account. The group will be a great way for Philip to keep parents involved with what's happening and also full of photos and videos from our EYC nights and youth events. Here are links to the

ECF - Episcopal College Fellowship

Small groups are available during the week on Tuesdays at 2:00pm at the Starbucks on N. Valdosta Rd and Fridays at 9:30am on the third floor of the Student Union. There will be no Friday small group on 2/17.

The Stitchers of Love will be meeting Sunday, March 5, 2017 from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Parish Hall.
We will be meeting on March 5th to work on Bunny Creations. No knitting or crocheting needed, so come and bring a non-stitching friend. All are welcome.

We need fruit cups for Lunch Bunch. Please consider picking up a six pack of fruit cups when you do your family grocery shopping. The children love the fruit and the Lunch Bunch volunteers appreciate it.

Thank you, thank you to everyone who attended and supported the Dominican Night dinner and auction! It was a huge success and lots of fun. Our cashiers reported that we received $11,701 from the live and silent auctions and scholarship donations. Three cheers for the Home Team and for the Go Team!
Found: one medium-sized folding beige table that was not claimed during the clean-up at the Cotton Corner after the DR Night event. This will be in the parish hall on Sunday -- see Julius or Julia Ariail to claim it. And thanks for loaning it -- we needed all the tables we could get Thursday night to hold all of the auction items!

DR House - New Photo Album

You can follow along with the progress on the construction of the house for Leidy and her family in the Dominican Republic in this new online photo album:
The site from the house is being cleared, and the large boulder that was right in the center of the site has been broken up into smaller rocks, some of which will be used in the foundation for the new house. Leidy is taking photographs of the work and sending them to us weekly.
