| | Insurance by its nature is risk adverse. Assurance is an inner knowing. We can buy Insurance for our lives, or we can live with Assurance? How do our choices be different? What would our relationships be like? What will allow us to show up as the light of Spirit most effectively? | | |

A Note of Encouragement and Gratitude
I'm giving a huge round of applause for every person who has stepped up to help with this transition - from the Space Patrol, the Planning Committee, our Contractor and every soul stepping up to clean, clear, prep, frame, drywall, paint, prepare to lay carpet....to those preparing for departure from Alexander, making the moving sale come alive and literally getting stuff moved for cash, clearing the bookstore, contributing financially and SOOOOO much more. EVERY person assisting with this, even if that means simply and humbly through prayer for everyone else, is a valuable and integral part to this whole process. THANK YOU for blessing everyone around you through your service.
With love and gratitude,
Sheryl Rae, Board of Directors President

2026 Board Officers and An Urgent Message
At its most recent Board meeting, the RGCSL Board of Trustees elected the following officers to serve throughout 2026:
President: Sheryl Rae
Vice President: Brian Kurtz
Secretary: Marylyn Kirk
Treasurer: Mark Ayers
Sheryl, Brian, and Marylyn are beginning their second year of service as officers. Mark has served RGCSL extensively since 2020.
The urgent notice is a decline in regular giving from the community over the past month. We deeply appreciate the generosity that has occurred in relation to the transition fund and projects. But that has occurred at the detriment of our normal income stream. We generally plan on $5000 plus per week, and for the entire month of January, we’ve only brought in $9000 to meet all of our regular expenses (during a time when we've had double rent, utilities, etc.).
Please continue to support the transition process, but please help us to maintain our regular income streams so that we can meet all the other essential bills and payments, including rent, payroll, and monthly expenses.
In advance, the RGCSL Board of Trustees thanks you immensely!

February 6, 2026: Allison Davis, Michael Anthony and Terry Burns
Michael Anthony, aka Uncle Mike, may be one the most well-known jazz musicians in New Mexico - and for good reason! He brings a wealth of experience (having played and/or recorded with everybody who is anybody) and is also much beloved as a teacher and mentor to generations of guitar students. When Terry Burns moved back to his home state of New Mexico, he quickly became one of the most in-demand bass players around. Allison Davis may be better known as one of the DJs for KUNM’s All That Jazz, but she’s also sung with each of these talented musicians. She’s thrilled to be playing with them both, performing some jazz standards, tunes from The Great American Songbook and maybe a few surprises too!

Hear tight vocal harmonies, fiddle, banjo, guitar, resonator guitar, and accordion.
The North Valley Tune Tanglers are Michael Gallagher (vocals, guitar, 5-string and tenor banjo, fiddle, and button accordion), Liz Stevens (vocals, fiddle, and percussion), and Skip Wrightson (vocals, guitar, resonator guitar, bajo quinto, and percussion).
