This week, here in Middlesex County and across our great nation, we come together to celebrate Independence Day. The Fourth of July is a time honored tradition marked by patriotic pride, fireworks, and summertime gatherings with family and friends. As we celebrate the freedoms that define our country, let us also take a moment to honor the brave servicemen and servicewomen of the United States Armed Forces whose sacrifice and dedication safeguard those freedoms each and every day. Wishing you and your loved ones a safe, joyful, and healthy Independence Day.
Next Tuesday, we will be hosting our biannual Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Workshop on Tuesday, July 8 from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the Chamber Office. The definition of sexual harassment, liability (your own and your organization's), and the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace will be discussed. Attorneys from the law firm Jackson Lewis, P.C. will show you how to limit your company's exposure to charges of sexual harassment. Please arrive on time. Later in the month, step up to the plate for a home run day of fun at Middlesex Chamber Day @ the Hartford Yard Goats on Sunday, July 20, 2025! Join fellow Chamber members, friends, and families on the exclusive Budweiser Sky Deck for a perfect summer outing packed with great networking, a 2.5-hour buffet, covered seating, and an exciting matchup against the Somerset Patriots.
