Contract officer responded to a call for service for a loud party. Officers located the source of the loud party in the 7500 block of Dickenson Avenue. The respondents observed the officers and fled into the residence and refused to answer the door. A friend called the respondents and they eventually answered the door. Criminal charges are pending, and 2 student referrals were submitted.
