We are excited to be planning a re-imagined Celebrate! We had a fabulous kickoff meeting in September and generated some wonderful ideas. Now it is time to get to work and put those ideas into action. All volunteers are welcome, even if you did not attend the first meeting. We love working with volunteers, miss seeing parents, and this is one area in which parents can still volunteer.

NEW Meeting Location! We are moving indoors (masked and socially distanced) into the ballroom at Butte des Morts Country Club. The next meeting will be Tuesday, October 20th at noon.

Please RSVP if possible, by Monday, October 19 at noon. Questions or can’t attend, but still want to be involved? Contact Lisa to RSVP or with questions at lpfaff@XavierCatholicSchools.org or 735-9380.
October Lunch Menu - click here
Thanks to a waiver from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), St. Francis Xavier Catholic School System and Chartwells are now able to offer a free lunch for all students within the Xavier System through December 31st, 2020. This means that a free, school-provided lunch is available for all students.

Meals will include an entree with assorted fruits and vegetables, along with a choice of 1% chocolate or 1% white milk. A la carte (chips, water, extra entrée, cookies, etc), including any milk purchased outside of the full meal, will cost extra and is NOT included with the free lunch.

Lunch account payments should still be made as A la Carte purchases do not qualify for the Free Lunch.

We also encourage parents to pay off negative balances at this time. .

Families should continue to submit the free and reduced applications as the waiver runs out at the end of December and Xavier will begin charging normal prices starting in January.
Christmas Stars 2020
Christmas Stars 2020, will be presented in a one-hour "TV Christmas Special" format, professionally produced by Champion Video. You will be able to watch it from the comfort and safety of your home through your computer or smart TV. Our patrons can expect the usual fun and inspiration with an added dose of "TV magic”. So gather the family (we suggest adding a big bowl of popcorn and some hot chocolate) and enjoy a new version of this favorite Christmas tradition!

The streaming performances will run every day from December 11-25 at 3:00 pm & 7:00 pm. Additional 1:00 pm performances are available on select days.

Tickets for each performance are $13. Each ticket will contain a stream code for the performance of your choice, and may be used once. Get tickets for stream codes and a complete schedule of performances at www.christmasstars.org or call the box office, 920-733- 8840.

Please note: The Xavier Fine Arts Theatre box office is unavailable for walk up sales at this time, but is open for phone orders Mondays & Wednesdays from noon until 3:00 pm.

Orders can go home with your children
As we are continuing to deal with the Covid-19 virus, we are limiting people who may enter our buildings. With that in mind, you will not be able to come into your school to pick up orders. You can have your child bring home your orders.

When you place an order, we ask that you email Roy Clark and your campus secretary. Roy's contact information is:
rclark@xaviercatholicschools.org and (920)702-5510.

However, you must first sign and return the permission slip. You will find this form below. The permission slip will allow your child to bring home orders throughout the current school year.
Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts is committed to making sure girls and families can still get connected in their communities and have support from GSNWGL. We have several contact-less activities for girls and families to participate in, from Girl Power Drive-Thrus, to HERstory Self-Guided walks/challenges, to virtual E-troop meetings. Click here for more information.
