Feature Article: Baton Rouge office occupancy remains down from pre-pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic affected an immense amount of commercial real estate factors. One of these factors being office space occupancy. Since the pandemic, there has been an overabundance of office space available in the Baton Rouge area. According to Branon Pesnell, before the pandemic there was an average of 375 people in a building everyday. Today, that number has dropped to 220.
