MONEY EARNED DOESN'T HAVE TO BE MONEY SPENT
REGIONAL COALITION (3CD) SUBMITS LETTER OF CONCERN TO IRS regarding proposed regulations to deny a full deduction for donations to publicly established charitable funds. Local municipalities, county governments, school districts, and state and regional organizations (including WPSBA & LHEC) have joined together in an effort to preserve this deductibility. Your district can still weigh-in by passing a resolution and/or joining the coalition.
