SPRING IS STATE ASSESSMENT TIME AND NYS OFFICIALS are once again on the defensive. Between annual shifts in testing protocols, online glitches, and questions regarding alignment to standards, the current system is incoherent. The constant moving of the goal post makes it impossible to accurately compare the results from year-to-year.
SCIENCE RESEARCH
TWO ARDSLEY HS STUDENTS HAVE DEVELOPED AN APP for people who have taken CPR and want to maintain their skills so they don't become rusty. What began as a science research project, has morphed into an award-winning app that guides users through the steps with visuals and music. The students expect to declare their product ready for use by the end of the summer.
