We're rolling out a shop local campaign to support local businesses in having a solid 4th quarter in the wake of the impacts of the flood. Although many local organizations have been outstanding in their support of the business community, I’m certain that many business owners, us included here at the Chamber, are underwhelmed in the ongoing support in rebuilding our business community.
To that end, we would like to invite you to submit a coupon for our Holiday Season coupon book! Following up on our successful program last year, we will be printing 1500-2000 of these books which will be distributed throughout Central Vermont. We have space for 45 businesses to be included, which we will be offering on a first come-first served basis.
The deadline to submit a coupon is October 4th to allow for compilation, printing and distribution time
FAQ’s:
1. No, you do not need to be a Chamber member to be included.
2. Image size for your coupon is 4.75x1.875 inches
3. We encourage you to submit ad materials you may already have
4. We encourage you to use this to promote Holiday shopping season specials you may already be running.
5. We encourage you to include contact info for your business as well as expiration dates for your coupon.
6. The purpose of this program is to distribute coupons, so well wishes and general business advertisements are discouraged. However, we may have space to include them if there is space available.
7. There is no cost to submit a coupon
Sponsors wanted! The cost of this project is expected to be formidable for staff time, printing and distribution. We currently have several opportunities to feature your business as a sponsor. Reach out to me for details.
