Community College of Vermont
Flex Courses and Digital Credentials
Flex courses are self-paced, online courses. Students receive both college credit and digital credentials which provide valuable information about the student’s knowledge and competencies to employers. These are excellent for busy working professionals looking to develop their professional skills and get a leg up in the workplace in a way that works with their own schedule. Digital credentials (also known as micro-credentials) focus on competencies gained through coursework in our Flex courses. Earned in less time than an academic certificate or degree program, digital credentials clearly showcase what an earner is able to do.
