Support Vermont Businesses
Show your Vermont pride while supporting flood recovery efforts by buying a Vermont Strong license plate for yourself, your employees, and your customers. You can buy one plate or buy in bulk.
Half of all proceeds go to Vermont's $20 million Business Emergency Gap Assistance Program (BEGAP) that distributes grants to businesses and nonprofits that suffered physical damages from the July floods. The other half goes to the Vermont Community Foundation which is providing homeowners, businesses, and communities with flood relief.
Economic Injury Data Needed
Is summer flooding cutting into your bottom line? ACCD needs your help to assess all the damage. Please take this 10 minute survey on lost revenue and ongoing financial challenges.
The more responses, the better the chances of getting additional resources to businesses and nonprofits affected by the storms, even ones that were not flooded.
There is currently no grant program for organizations that exclusively suffered economic damage.
