Chamber Champion
Become a Chamber Champion Today!

Covid-19 has challenged all of us in ways we never imagined.  Our communities are turning to the Exeter Area Chamber as a trusted resource to provide information, guidance, positivity, and ideas during this unprecedented time. And now, as we plan for when the economy will open back up, everyone will be looking to the Chamber for support.

It is a misconception that Chambers are funded through municipalities, states, or the federal government. Chambers of Commerce are independent not-for-profit 501(c)6 organizations. All of our funding is generated through membership fees, sponsorships, and events. We were left out of the programs we are currently promoting to the local business community essentially leaving Chambers without funding options or relief.

Taxability of Covid-19 Financial Relief

The New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration (NHDRA) is helping taxpayers understand the taxability of relief distributed to New Hampshire Business Profits Tax (BPT) and Business Enterprise Tax (BET) taxpayers as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
