NEWS & EVENTS
This week, Diocesan Primate Fr. Mesrop Parsamyan recorded a brief video message from his hospital room at Albany Medical Center, where he continues to recover from an automobile accident in mid-July. Click image above to view his message.

Let us continue to pray for the good health and speedy recovery of our Primate.
RENOVATION UPDATE
Construction work began this week in the Cultural Building Kitchen. New ceiling, improved lighting, installation of a new dish washing machine, electrical and plumbing upgrades, painting, and more is expected to keep the kitchen closed through the month of August.
Phase I of the renovation is nearing completion.
Let us look forward to celebrating the grand re-opening in September. Details of the event are coming soon. . .
Dear Friends,

If you've been following Armenian news, you're probably aware of the tension on the border this week.

In clear violation of the ceasefire, Azerbaijan launched an attack on an Artsakh military base. Nineteen of our soldiers were wounded and two were killed.

The timing of our next Ayo! project was not planned to coincide with this tragedy. But clearly, the necessity for it is more obvious than ever; we never know when border tensions will escalate.

Through #SafeShelter, we will support the kindergarten of Nerkin Khndzoresk, a village just 600 meters from the border. Will you partner with us to transform its old cellar into a well-equipped bunker?

That way, little children will have a safe place to hide in the case of violence.

Thank you for standing with our border villages at this critical time.
Stronger together,

Laura & the Ayo! team
