Empowering Your Community through Awareness, Education, and Engagement

ICGC is a member of the Coalition for Gaza, a new group made up of interfaith, justice and peace organizations focusing on the humanitarian and advocacy efforts for Gaza. Ceasefire resolutions have been adopted by over 50 cities, and we are proposing Cincinnati sign one as well. Please scan the QR code below to review and sign the letter (as individuals), asking Council to adopt a ceasefire resolution. You do not need to reside in Cincinnati to sign. Thank you to the Mt. Washington Presbyterian Church for spending their Wednesday evenings during the month of January learning about Islam 101, Muslim Contributions to Civilization, Islamophobia, and visiting ICGC for a guided Tour.

Your effort in spending the last four Wednesday evenings - especially coming out on a cold, rainy evening - to learn about Muslim Americans exhibits true commitment towards understanding and peaceful coexistence.

ICGC Vice Chair Dr. Samina Sohail and CAIR National Chair Roula Allouch, JD, did a presentation about the Historical Context and Responsible Activism around Palestine at a local high school.

It was a well-received educational session that was attended by 500 students/faculty.
