This Sunday, September 13th is a big day to

Grow Together at Prince of Peace!

Join us in the church lobby from 9:15–10:15 AM for our Grow Group Fair and find a group as we prepare to begin our six-week churchwide study next week. The Sunday sermons will connect with each week’s study, so we really encourage everyone to find a way to participate—even if your group is just you and a friend or neighbor.

ONLY THREE WEEKS TO GO!

Please consider giving an hour or two to one of our biggest community events of the year.

Angel Tree is Coming Back

to Prince of Peace!

Angel Tree is back—and we need volunteers! Through Prison Fellowship Angel Tree, Prince of Peace will come alongside children and families impacted by incarceration to share the love and hope of Jesus this Christmas.

Angel Tree needs all kinds of volunteers—and delivering gifts is only ONE way to help! Whether you’re a people person or a behind-the-scenes person, there’s a place for you. We need help contacting families, organizing Angel Tree Cards, shopping, collecting and wrapping gifts, praying, helping with final organizing of gifts per family, and, yes, delivering gifts and connecting with families.

This is just the beginning! This website link will be your Angel Tree home base throughout the season. Today you can read more details and soon you'll find opportunities to choose an Angel Tree child, purchase gifts, volunteer, pray, and more. Bookmark this page and check back—we'll keep adding everything you need right here.

Your Story. Your Faith. Your Legacy.

Have you ever thought about putting the story of your life and faith onto paper? Sessions will be on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM in Room 24 for a memoir-writing class open to both men and women.

Each week, Arla will provide writing prompts to help bring memories to life as you reflect on your experiences, your faith, and your walk with Christ. No writing experience is needed—just come ready to remember, write, share, and create something meaningful to leave as a legacy for those you love.

Please let Arla know if you plan to attend so she can have enough supplies available. Questions or RSVPs can be sent to Arlafp1@gmail.com.

Thank You Prince of Peace!

Dear Prince of Peace Family,

The love and support you have shown me and my family since losing my mom, Rachel, has meant more to me than I can possibly say. The prayers, gifts, cards, phone calls, texts, hugs, kind words, and simply asking, “How are you doing?”—all of it has helped carry me through some really hard days.

I miss my mom terribly, but I am so thankful to know where she is. She loved the Lord with all her heart, and there is so much comfort in knowing that she is now in His presence, whole and free from all the suffering she endured here.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for loving me and my family so well. I am so very grateful for my Prince of Peace family.

Your sister in Christ,

Tiffany Sears

Livestream Ministry Volunteers Needed

Can you give just one Sunday a month to help us share the Gospel beyond these walls?

Our livestream ministry reaches people who are homebound, traveling, exploring faith, or simply unable to worship with us in person. It's an important part of how we care for our church family and connect with our community.

The good news is that no experience is necessary! We'll provide all the training you need, and it's much easier than you might think. Teenagers are welcome to sign up! Whether you can serve once a month or even every other month, your time can make a real difference.
