During their time there, they’ll learn more about the needs of the local community and explore ways Prince of Peace may be able to come alongside this ministry and make a meaningful difference.

Help Us Livestream Our
8:00 AM Worship Service!
| | |
We're looking for volunteers to help livestream our 8:00 AM Sunday worship service! It's easier than you might think—simply turn on the system, start the livestream and recording, monitor the feed, and shut everything down when the service ends.
No experience necessary! Training will be provided, and we're only asking for a commitment of one Sunday a month.
Help us share our 8:00 AM worship service with those who can't join us in person!
POC: Jon Gross
| | It's not too late to join the Discover Experience! | | |
The Discover Experience begins this Sunday, November 1, at 9:15 AM in Room 21, and there's still time to join us! Come explore the Christian faith, ask questions, and discover how God's story connects with your own. Pastor Michael will lead us through engaging discussions and fun object lessons as we dig deeper into what we believe and how we live out our faith at Prince of Peace. You don't need to have attended Meet Prince of Peace to participate. We'd love to have you join us!

Beginning Sunday, you'll be able to select an Angel Tree card and purchase a gift for a child. Each card represents a specific gift, and together we can help make Christmas special for these children and their families.
Visit poplc.org/angeltree2026 for detailed information, volunteer opportunities, and updates throughout the season. This page will be our Angel Tree home base, so bookmark it and check back often as we add more details!

As many of you know, after 28 years of faithful service as a teacher and principal, our beloved Mrs. Lisa Wentzel will be retiring at the end of the 2027 school year. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, leadership, and love for the children and families of Prince of Peace. We look forward to celebrating Lisa and her wonderful ministry in the months ahead!
Please keep Lisa, our school families and staff, and the Search Team in your prayers as we prepare for this transition.

Bill asked his friend, Mike, “Do you have an estate plan in place?” Mike answered, “I really am not very motivated to get after that task. Our children are far better off financially than we are, and they really don’t need the small inheritance we will give them. So why bother?” Bill responded, “What a blessing that your children are so financially secure. But have you ever thought that you have something far more valuable to share with them? All their life, you have pointed them to Jesus. What would you think about summarizing that focus in one final statement that you include in your estate documents?” Mike replied, “I haven’t thought about it before. I should have. But that does sound like something I should be doing. I don’t want to put that off.”
