One Night Homeless Follow Up

Thank you Prince of Peace for your kind support of Bethany House of Northern Virginia. Spending the night in my car was a true experience. I will never take my nice bed for granted again. I am giving thanks for all the ways that God has blessed me, allowing me a safe place to sleep at night. I am also giving thanks for your generous life-saving giving by helping Bethany House care for domestic violence victims. The total raised was $10,870!! https://p2p.onecause.com/onenighthomeless24/brad-womble-2

THANK YOU!!

Dear Prince of Peace,

I’m excited to announce that Sara Wilson will be joining us on staff at Prince of Peace as the Grow Together Coordinator working in Adult Ministry. Sara Wilson is pictured here with her husband Josh and sons, Levi, Jonah, and Isaiah. Sara has a great heart for the Lord and for helping people grow deeper in their faith as well deeper in relationships with other believers. Sara has a lot of experience in church work and education and is trained in Lutheran theology and ministry. Sara has called Prince of Peace her church home for most of her life. We are excited to see God work in and through her in this new position. I’m grateful that we will be more intentional about helping our adults move from Knowing God in Worship to Growing Together in Christ-centered community.

Michael E. Hayes

Lead Pastor

A Must See (and hear!)

Prince of Peace was grateful for the enriching musical experience bestowed upon us this past Wednesday. We express our deep appreciation for the captivating concert presented by the music groups from Concordia University and Prince of Peace. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to the families who graciously hosted our guests. This event was a culmination of dedicated efforts from numerous individuals who contributed in exceptional ways, and for that, we extend our sincere thanks.
