Calling all parents with babies from 3 weeks to 1 year old. Prince of Peace is now offering the Sensational Baby classes for church members and families in the community.

Linda Storm will be offering this 5-week class:

Saturdays June 26, July 2, July 9, July 16 and July 23

From 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Location: Church Nursery

Cost: Donation

During the 5-week course you learn skills that will last a lifetime. Each session parents learn new massage techniques and discuss topics of interest to new parents.

In each Sensational Baby class, you will:

- Learn techniques to stimulate all of the baby’s senses and body systems

- Gain skills to help relieve digestive and elimination issues

- Learn ways to encourage relaxation and reduce stress for babies and parents

- Learn a routine to help baby sleep better

- Learn new skills to bond with your baby and adaptations to use as your baby grows.

- Gain support from a group of other new parents

- Discuss topics and learn information specifically related to parents with babies

Prince of Peace is starting a new ministry - Divorce Care for Kids. We will be forming a team and doing our training to get ready for our first session of classes that will begin in September. Please contact Brad Womble if you are willing to be on the teaching team of this much needed ministry. Click the video below for more info.

Your giving allows us to keep the building in working order. In the past five years, we have spent $11,100 with Star Plumbing. This amount includes the replacement of several hot water heaters, toilets and numerous service calls. They have been here today for several hours trying to unstop the sink in the nursery. Your giving allows us to keep the building in good repair so that it is up and running when we come for all the various meetings and activities. Thank you so much for your continued support.

One of our families from Prince of Peace have sponsored three baseball teams with the Springfield Little League. We are thankful for the kindness of the PoP family and thrilled to see the Church involved in the community. God bless the children as they have fun in Little League.
