Prince of Peace builds disciples of Jesus who know God, grow together, and serve the world.

It's not too late to join us

THIS Sunday at 9:15AM!

Whether you're a recent visitor or you have been attending for some time we extend a warm invitation to join us for the Meet Prince of Peace event on Sunday, January 12th from 9:15 am -10:15 am in room 21. Pastor Michael Hayes will provide an informative presentation, offering insights into our church family and its history. We're equally excited to learn more about you - our staff will also be present to introduce themselves and interact with you.

POSTPONED UNTIL JANUARY 25th!

All are invited to come!

GROW GROUPS! Encourage your groups to join (and possibly compete!) as we celebrate and learn about new resources and what’s next! Interested in joining a Grow Group? You may just meet your new group while enjoying some chili! Email Sara Wilson if you have questions. If you are not bringing a chili, please bring a dessert.

Also, at the Chili Cook-Off, we will have a 50/50 raffle to raise funds for our 2025 Summer Youth Trips to the CIY Middle School Gathering in Huntingdon, PA and the LCMS High School Youth Gathering in New Orleans, LA. Prince of Peace Youth Group members will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets throughout the evening, so be sure to bring cash or your checkbook to the Chili Cook-Off if you'd like to support our Summer Youth Trips!

We, the staff, wish to thank you for all your expressions of love during the Christmas season. The cards, the gifts, the goodies, the generosity shown by your giving to the Staff Christmas Gift were all very appreciated. We give thanks for each of you, the ministry we all do together and the beautiful celebration of Christmas that we just experienced together.  Thank you and God bless you richly in 2025.

The Staff of Prince of Peace

Bethany House Christmas Tree Thank You

Me and my daughter want to deeply thank you for the generosity of donating us gifts for the holiday. As you probably noticed most of what was on our list was needs, and not just wants! As we have been faithful recently in the past few months in prayer that God would provide us our needs, the gifts were definitely part of the answer to that prayer!

I can only hope and pray now that the gift givers are abundantly blessed in return as well as the Bethany House workers who made it all possible! Me and my daughter both do not have spiritual faithful people in our lives the way we would want for our spiritual path right now. However God knows our needs and has blessed us with the Bethany House support of things we have needed physically, and in Bible study that I have needed spiritually.

The prayer request we put in, and knowing that spiritual faithful people are dedicated in going through with prayer of those things is very hopeful when you have a family world where only a couple of them actually faithfully pray. As there are other things me and my daughter are hoping and praying for, it was such a grateful moment to have a bundle of gifts of things we needed around the holiday time, and I guarantee you everything has been used so far and will continue to be used! May God bless you all, and doubly bless you in return for the help you have given me and my daughter at this time!

Sincerely with Love,

SE and daughter
