Prince of Peace’s Knit, Purl, Pray group has been busy this fall knitting and crocheting hats, shawls, scarves, sweaters and more for charity, family and friends! 21 hats were made and donated to Bethany House. There were 7+ prayer shawls made for POP’s Care Ministry and family/friends.

We normally meet on Zoom on Friday’s at 10:30 am as well as plan field trips to the yarn shop, book store and lunch. Join us for our next Zoom meeting following the holidays on Friday, January 6, 2023 at 10:30 am when we will be starting our new devotion book “Stitched in Christ” by Terryann Porter and picking a new charity to support.

All are welcome to join us and we have plenty of donated yarn to get you started! Please contact Asia English at [email protected] or Darlene McCoy [email protected] to get the Zoom link or ask any questions. Thanks!

Parents with Children

What does a Household of Faith look and sound like? What does research from Barna and Lutheran Hour Ministries say about how to cultivate a spiritually vibrant household? How do we create an environment for messy prayers, loud tables and open doors? Come join us on an 8 week journey beginning on Sunday, January 22 at 9:30am in the back of the Fellowship Hall during our Sunday School Hour. We will be reading “The Spiritually Vibrant Home” by Don Everts with room for discussion and collaboration. Bible Study led by Josh and Sara Wilson.
