What does a Household of Faith look and sound like? What does research from Barna and Lutheran Hour Ministries say about how to cultivate a spiritually vibrant household? How do we create an environment for messy prayers, loud tables and open doors? Come join us on an 8 week journey beginning on Sunday, January 22 at 9:30am in the back of the Fellowship Hall during our Sunday School Hour. We will be reading “The Spiritually Vibrant Home” by Don Everts with room for discussion and collaboration. Bible Study led by Josh and Sara Wilson.

A Thank You from ECHO

Hypothermia Cookies

Many thanks to the eight fifth and sixth graders, Johanna Olson, Kathleen Gillman, Brandee Harral, and Linda Harley, who came on Dec. 30 last week to make cookies for the hypothermia shelter group. They successfully made about 30 dozen cookies. Some actually learned to read a recipe, measure out the ingredients, bake, and sugar a variety of cookies! They learned why cookies need to cool before scooping them onto the racks. And that some kinds spread out while baking rather than keeping their shape. We had fun while serving God.
