The Jr. High Youth have decided to go to QUAKE in Virginia Beach March 3-5, 2023. (This is during a teacher work day, so it works perfectly.) View the video HERE about quake and contact [email protected] for more information to get signed up.

Suzanne is the person who runs the church website. Her favorite reason for working with the website, is being able to get creative and solving problems. She has always sought to contribute where her skills could be of the most value to Prince of Peace.

Read all the details about the many places Suzanne has volunteered over the years at the bulletin board in the hallway coming out of the Sanctuary. 

A First Communion class will be offered on Sept. 18th during PoP! Kingdom classes in the 1-2 grade room for any child 2nd grade and up who wishes to have their First Communion.  That day only, first graders will join the class in the kindergarten room.  Pastor Mark will teach the First Communion class. A date will be set up in the future to hold the First Communion for children who attend this class.

The Sr. High Youth Fall Retreat is BACK!

When: November 4–6, 2022 

Where: Northern Virginia 4H Conference Center

600 4H Center Dr, Front Royal, VA 22630

Our theme is “Refresh” which comes from Jeremiah 31:25 – [God says] “I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.”

The cost for this retreat is $150.00 which covers all meals, lodging, a t-shirt, and use of the many 4H Conference Center amenities. More about this retreat will be coming by separate email to the youth. [email protected]
