Are you new to Prince of Peace? Or maybe you’ve been attending for a little while and would simply like to learn more? We warmly invite you to join us for a Meet Prince of Peace event on Sunday, March 1st, from 9:15–10:15 AM in Room 21.
This will be a relaxed and welcoming time to hear from Pastor Michael Hayes as he shares about our church’s story, mission, and community life. It’s also a great chance for us to get to know you! Some of our staff will drop by so you can put faces to names and feel more at home here.
To help us plan, please let us know if you’ll be attending by emailing Tiffany Sears.
Childcare is available—we have a fully staffed nursery for infants through age 6, and Sunday School classes for older children. You’re also welcome to bring your children with you to the event if that’s more comfortable for you.
We hope you’ll join us!
| | We need your help to make our Easter Egg Hunt extra special! | | |
Please consider donating plastic eggs and nut-free candy. Donations can be dropped off in the basket in the front office. We would also love volunteers to help the morning of the Easter Egg Hunt. Whether you can lend a hand for a little while or a longer stretch, your help makes a big difference. Please consider signing up for a volunteer time slot!
Questions? Reach out to Sara Wilson.

Serving the World Through ECHO | | |
ECHO’s Food Pantry uses paper grocery bags and plastic sleeves that are used for home-delivered newspapers. While these are things one might normally recycle or discard, we ask you to save them for ECHO
Currently, the Food Pantry especially needs Masa flour, spaghetti sauce, lemon juice, canned fruits packed in juice, laundry detergent, shampoo and deodorant, but they can use all types of non-perishable foods and hygiene items. Please choose “regular” sizes, not giant-sized products. Remember that, for safety purposes, ECHO cannot distribute foods that are past an expiration date or that have been opened or re-packaged.
If you have donations you can drop them off right here at Prince of Peace! There is a large white bin on wheels in the hallway off the church office. Just drop your items in there anytime!
| | Please help us spread the word about our awesome school! | | |
All students in Grades 1-6 are invited to join us for an evening of fellowship, games, and fun! Our February Kingdom Club will meet on Saturday, February 21st, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the Youth Room. We will have pizza and many fun games and activities. Please register your child by February 18th if they plan to attend!

Each month, we will share a resource so you are aware of what is available at Prince of Peace. We encourage you to keep an eye on these updates, as needs can change, and you never know when you, or a friend, neighbor, or family member, might be blessed by one of these services.
Last month, we shared that a variety of mobility aids are available at the church for short-term use, including wheelchairs, shower chairs, walkers, knee scooters, and toilet safety bars. If you are in need of any of these items, please contact Brad.
This month, we would also like to introduce you to Stuart’s Mobile Medical.
Website: www.stuartsmedical.com. Phone: 571-721-8012
Stuart’s Mobile Medical offers sales, service, rentals, and in-home repairs of mobility and medical equipment, including folding and remote-control scooters, walkers, ramps, lifts, wheelchairs, hospital beds, stairlifts, lift chairs, CPAP machines, and portable oxygen.
