Join us on Saturday, February 24, at this year’s Bowl to Strike Out Cancer presented by Ventura Downtown Lions Club at Buena Lanes in Ventura. Tickets are $30/each and includes 3 casual games of bowling, BBQ lunch, event t-shirt, raffle ticket, and more! All bowlers are welcome! Online Workshop: Restoring Rest: Overcoming Insomnia During Cancer Treatment with Virpal Gill, MD & Houman Badrzadeh, DO

Insomnia is a common side effect of cancer treatment, and it can be especially frustrating when you're already dealing with so much. By attending this workshop, you can gain a better understanding of the different types of insomnia, causes, and find ways to improve your sleep so that you can focus on healing and recovery. In-Person Workshop: Reiki Workshop with Jeanne Rabin

Join us as Reiki Master Jeannie gives an introduction of Reiki's origins before demonstrating her techniques as a group. She will use gentle hand movements by hovering over you to channel the flow of life force energy throughout your body, aiming to alleviate stress and promote healing. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water. See you there!

Newcomer's Welcome Orientation with Maddie Gault

Are you or is someone you know impacted by cancer? You are not alone. We are here to support you! Please come to our Orientation and meet Maddie, our Program Coordinator. She will walk you through our different programs like support groups, counseling, and mind/body classes. Remember these are at no cost!

There will be a Reiki In-Person Workshop Thursday, February 15th.

Starting in March Reiki Class will be Online (via Zoom) every 2nd Wednesday and In-Person every 3rd Wednesday of the month.***
