Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation with Liz Little
Weekly on Mondays, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
A low-intensity, restorative, and gentle session that includes:
• Gentle movement to stretch and strengthen around the joints
• Passive stretching to release the fascia, dissolve deeply held
tension, and improve sleep
• Breathwork to focus the mind and detoxify the organs
• Guided meditation to cultivate a sense of inner peace
