Watch the Senoia UMC
11:00 Service

Next Sunday remember to bring your non-perishables to the Fellowship Hall. Donations are taken to the food pantry at the I-58 Mission right here in Senoia.

Let’s fill the bin next week!

HVAC Dedication
Potluck Lunch!
The Heat is On!

We have cause to be joyful and thankful. So many of you, the members of the Senoia UMC, have been generous enough to get us to our goal of installing a new HVAC system.

This Sunday, February 3rd , we'll dedicate and celebrate our new HVAC. Join us immediately after the 11:00 worship service for a dedication. We'll follow the dedication with a Methodist favorite... a Potluck Lunch!

It is also Super Bowl Sunday so you are encouraged to wear your favorite sports team shirt. The team does not just have to be football.

Bring your favorite dish to share and enjoy lunch together. If you can't bring a dish, join in anyway...there's always plenty!
The Journey
Sunday School Class
The Journey adult Sunday School class is starting a new study on the book of Judges.

All adults are welcome to join in this study, which is being led by Trey Jenkins. The class meets in the Journey Conference Room, upstairs above the Fellowship Hall, at 9:45 each Sunday morning.

Come and learn what this Old Testament book is all about!
Church Leadership Team Members -
District Training Event:
The LaGrange District annual training event will take place at Cornerstone UMC in Newnan next Sunday, February 10, 2019, 3-5pm. Please mark your calendars now and plan to attend. These workshops are designed to help leaders and committees function properly.
Tired of the hassle and crowds of trying to have a lovely Valentine's Dinner? Then this is the evening you have been waiting for!

Safe Sanctuary Training
The congregation of Senoia United Methodist Church is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children, youth, marginal adults, and volunteers who participate in ministries and activities sponsored by our church. Each volunteer who works with children and/or youth must complete this Safe Sanctuary training every two years.

The training includes watching a video (approx 45 min.), completing a few forms, and having a background check completed (no cost to the volunteer).

To set up a time to complete training, please contact Barb Combs.

All leaders of our church should complete this training.

If you do not currently volunteer with the children/youth, it may be helpful in case you are called upon to help out in an emergency.

Direct questions to Kimberly Tinsley, Chair of the Health and Wellness Team, Pastor Ashley, or Barb Combs.
