Thank you to the 54 folks who participated in the workshop: Fostering LGBTQ+ Intersectional and Inclusive Spaces. Here is one of the many positive comments about the program: “The presenters and personal anecdotes were very powerful. I learned that each of us has a unique evolving space on the gender spectrum. My understanding and sensitivity were deeply enhanced. The vulnerabilities, subtleties and sensitivities of all people were well examined, furthering my growth and promoting my desire to assist more effectively with inclusion for all. I’m so grateful I was invited to attend and wish that more will have the opportunity to benefit from this education.” Thanks again to all who attended. We look forward to seeing you all at our next LGBTQ+ offering!
We are saddend to learn of the passing of the spouse of member Greg Garvey, Kathleen McGarvy, on June 1st. May we hold them in our hearts. Notes of condolences can be sent to Greg and his daughter, Abigail, age 11. "To live in hearts that love is not to die"

Environmental Justice Ministry Green Tip
There’s been a lot of talk and press lately regarding electric vehicles. In a bit of irony, General Motors, widely(dis)credited for killing the electric car, is making a commitment to introduce 30 new global electric vehicles by 2025. Many other automakers either currently market electric vehicles or are intending to do so in the near future. Additionally the Biden administration has plans for a $174 billion incentive for domestic production of electric vehicles. Whether or not you think an electric vehicle is in your future, an electric vehicle may be in your future. To learn more, go to www.Earth911.org and search for “electric vehicles.” And please remember to: Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose and Recycle.
