We are in the final push for the end of the MN State Legislative Session. Letting our legislators know where we stand is important but it’s sometimes hard to find the time.

Earned Sick and Safe time adjustments to improve business requirements under the mandate has been weakened by amendments. Votes are being taken today on SF 2300 to make this less egregious to business. The limit applying only to businesses over 15 employees was already eliminated. Please contact your Senators (emails below) TODAY expressing your desire for them to pass this bill without additional amendments!
