Remembering Our Loved Ones

Our All-School All Saints Day Mass was a beautiful way to celebrate our loved ones who have gone before us and lift them up in prayer. St. Francis DeSales would like to extend that tradition by lifting up those loved ones our school community has lost during the entire month of November.

If you are a parent, student, or alumnus and you would like for us to offer up the name of family or friends who have died, please submit the name(s) throughout this month to

We will print those names and have them collected in a basket to be displayed in the chapel. We will continually hold in prayer these souls during all liturgical events in November.

We live as a community, grieve as a community, worship as a community, and this is a great time to remember as a school community those who have gone before us.

Have a blessed day,
SFD Campus Ministry Office

Daily Reflection

Lord Jesus, In a world that values getting ahead, may I willingly follow You; In a world where people are given numbers, may I give thanks that You know me by name; In a world of uncertainty, may I trust that You are Truth; In a world where news is filled with violence, may more people believe that You came to make things new; In a world filled with opportunism, may I seek opportunities to serve; In a world where people face hardship, may I see Your face in everyone I meet. Amen.
