This week, the School Board of Directors approved the 2024-2025 school calendar. Some of the highlights include:



• First day of school for students (1-12): August 20, 2024
• First day of school for Kindergarten: August 22, 2024
• Winter Recess: December 23, 2024 - January 1, 2025
• Spring Recess: April 14 - 18, 2025
• Last Day of School for Students: June 5, 2025

The Mt. Lebanon FBLA participants attended the Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) on Thursday, January 4 at the Pittsburgh Technical College. Out of the 102 club members, over 82 students participated in the RLC this year with 94 students competing in competitive events. Competitive events consist of live performances, recorded performances, or multiple-choice tests.

Competing against Peters Township and Upper St. Clair FBLA members, Mt. Lebanon had 77 FBLA members qualify to compete in the State Leadership Conference(SLC) held from April 8 through April 10 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.
