Leading The Way:
MTLSD 2025-2031 Strategic Plan Draft
Feedback due by Monday, June 2
During the May 21, 2025, MTLSD School Board of Directors meeting, the Administration presented a draft of the strategic plan.
At the heart of this plan is our belief that we must lead for the future by inspiring and empowering students. Our strategic plan focuses on five key areas—each represented in our LEADS acronym:
- L – Leading for the Future
- E – Engagement
- A – Academic Excellence and Innovation
- D – District Systems and Supports
- S – Safe, Supportive, and Inclusive Environment
Lebo Leads captures the momentum of our District and our commitment to continuous improvement.
Share Your Feedback By June 2, 2025
- As you review the strategic plan, if you have feedback, please feel free to submit comments using this form by Monday, June 2.
- At the June 16, 2025, meeting, the MTLSD Board of School Directors will vote to approve the final plan following a review of the feedback we receive on the draft.
- As we move forward, we’ll remain focused on measurable goals, transparent communication, and shared accountability to ensure this plan makes a lasting difference.
Your insights continue to help shape a plan that reflects our shared values, aspirations, and commitment to educational excellence. I want to thank everyone who contributed ideas and energy to the strategic planning process. Together, we’ve created a roadmap that positions our District to lead with purpose and pride.
